1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RehabTrack mobile application (“RehabTrack”, the “App”), provided by Dolibera OÜ (“Dolibera”, “we”, “our”, “us”). RehabTrack is available on iOS and Android and relies on backend services, including AWS.
By creating an account or using RehabTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. Users under 16 may only use the App if a parent or guardian creates and manages the account on their behalf and is fully responsible for compliance.
The App may be used globally unless restricted by local law.
3. Account Registration
RehabTrack requires an account using a valid email and password. No name or physical address is collected.
Accounts are single‑user only. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login information.
Account deletion may be requested only by emailing from the same address used to create the account.
4. App Purpose and User Responsibilities
RehabTrack is a self-report diary for subjective pain and function tracking.
It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, monitor, or provide medical advice.
You must ensure the accuracy of your entries, consult clinicians when needed, stop use if distress occurs, and keep your device secure.
Entering data about others without consent is prohibited, except for lawful guardians managing a minor’s account.
5. User Data and Permissions
You own all personal data you enter. Dolibera owns the database structure and anonymized/aggregated data.
You grant Dolibera a perpetual licence to use anonymized data for research, analytics, and product improvement. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
You may export your data via the App. Dolibera may modify or remove data if required by law or security concerns.
6. Sharing of Data
Users may share exported data with third parties at their discretion. Dolibera is not responsible for data once shared.
Data already shared cannot be revoked or retrieved by Dolibera. Sharing without consent of others is prohibited.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Voluntary Contributions
RehabTrack is free to use but allows voluntary contributions.
Contributions are non-refundable and not tax-deductible.
Future paid features may be added. Refunds will follow App Store and Google Play policies. Prices may be changed with notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All IP relating to RehabTrack—including source code, binaries, UI, design, graphics, database structure, trademarks, and content—is owned by Dolibera.
Copying, modifying, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works, or commercial use is prohibited.
Feedback and suggestions become Dolibera property without compensation.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited activities include illegal use, hacking, introducing malware, false data entry, using the App for commercial or competitive purposes, scraping, automation, entering abusive content, or accessing backend systems unlawfully.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
RehabTrack is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
It is not a medical device and must not be used for medical decisions.
Dolibera is not liable for downtime, data loss, AWS outages, external links, or App Store/Google Play issues.
Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (0 for free users).
11. Termination
Dolibera may suspend or terminate accounts for T&C violations, illegal activity, security risks, misuse, prohibited content, fraud, or legal compliance.
Deletion requests must come from the same registration email.
Upon termination, access ends, personal data is deleted per the Privacy Policy, anonymized data is retained, and reinstatement is not guaranteed.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
Dolibera does not guarantee continuous availability.
We may modify or discontinue features without notice. Users accept changes by continuing to use the App.
Dolibera is not liable for data loss caused by updates or maintenance. If the service is discontinued, users will have 30 days to export their data.
These Terms may be updated at any time with notice.
13. Third-Party Services and External Links
Dolibera is not responsible for issues arising from AWS, Apple, Google, or external websites.
The App does not currently use third-party SDKs, but future integration may occur.

15. Legal Interpretation
The English version of these Terms is legally binding.
If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dolibera regarding RehabTrack.
